It doesn’t matter how you will send us your request, we will answer in the shortest time possible with as many useful information as possible.
We also perform free inspections of buildings if needed for defining exact and efficient solutions of heating systems. The inspection is performed by an experienced technical engineer from Kronoterm together with a selected authorised installer who will perform a suitable and quality installation. We agree the details of the purchase, the location of the heat pump, the method of implementation and handling the documentation on site, but most importantly, the building is inspected to ensure the right choice of heat pump model (also for DHW heat pumps).
After the inspection and gathering all information about the building and users, we prepare a cost-effective solution for the equipment we can manufacture and offer. The offer can hold a heat pump model, the correctly chosen DHW, ventilation components, circulation pumps, room temperature correctors and cleaning filters of the system.
The customer checks the offer. If needed, it gets corrected in accordance with the installer who will install the system. When the customer checks the offer, the heat pump is ordered for production in the heat pump production facility in Slovenia.
As producer of heat pumps, we have a lot of flexibility in manufacturing and adapting to wishes. Each heat pump is manufactures from quality European components in a controlled, quality production process which is also confirmed by the ISO 9001:2008 quality certificate. Each heat pump is tested at the end of the manufacturing process in a test chamber to ensure results which a heat pump must achieve. All measured data and performed production processes are archived to show the history of every product.
In cooperation with the instaler we deliver your heat pump and arrange the documentation for you.
After the installation by the authorised installer is finished, it is necessary to perform the commissioning of the heat pump. The commissioning involves:
A one-time travelling cost to the location of commissioning.
Inspection of the set-up and access to the heat pump. The inspection whether the heat pump and associated equipment is located and accessible in accordance with the installation manual and requirements of the manufacturer.
The inspection of the hydraulic connection of the heat pump to the heat source and heating system. The inspection of the compatibility of the hydraulic wiring with the recommended wiring diagrams of Termo-tehnika d. o. o. (Kronoterm) in cooperation with the contractor of the hardware installation system.
Inspection of the electrical wiring. Inspection of electrical wiring and electrical connection of the heat pump and all other electrical components controlled by the heat pump controller. The condition for performing the inspection is cooperation with the system contractor who provides clearly marked electrical lines and cables as well as the electrical components of the system connected to them or provides the electrical wiring diagram.
The configuration and implementation of heat pump regulation settings. The implementation and configuration of the heat pump and other system elements controlled by the heat pump. The configuration of the heating system, heating curves, heating cycles, thermostats, pool, cooling and additional source is performed in accordance with the design engineer/contractor of the heating system.
The connection of the internal and external unit to the prefabricated cooling pipes in heat pumps of separate (split) model. Connection is performed together with a strength test, tightness test, vacuuming and, if needed, refrigerant filling.
Measurement and control of heat source operation and parameters of the heat pump according to the requirements of the commissioning protocol.
Inspection and, if needed, cleaning of the filter or catcher of impurities on the heating system.
Checking and, if needed, cleaning of the filter or catcher of impurities on the heat source (in earth/water and water/water heat pumps).
Checking the cleanliness of the evaporator and the transmittance and correct placement of the condensate drain (in air/water heat pumps).
Fulfilment of the commissioning protocol and informing the customer about the successful commissioning and possible shortcomings which must be resolved. Issuing of a certificate of successful commissioning and verification of the warranty.
The user is handed over the user manual, he gets informed about the basic handling of the device and steps in case of malfunctions.
The commissioning protocol and certificate has to be transfered to you no later than 15 days after commissioning is completed (this is a condition for granting the warranty) from your instaler.
Extended technical support (the commissioning contractor offers the customer technical support for settings, optimisation and handling the device as well as help in cases of device malfunction).
After commissioning, the control is in the hands of the customer. If requested (KRONOTERM strongly recommends this), the customer can connect to cloud.KRONOTERM, where they can use an application or web browser to monitor the operation of the heat pump and change its settings from all over the world (with internet access). More ABOUT THE cloud.KRONOTERM application and connection to the cloud on the link http://kronoterm.com/en/support/remote-control-cloud/
The goal of the first step (your request) is thus achieved! The customer of the heat pump gets a comfortable and warm home with DHW without worries. At the same time, the customer gets a highly efficient system because heating with a heat pump is a very efficient heating method in comparison with conventional heating sources.
We are always available if there are any malfunctions in the operation of the heat pump. The customer first calls the contractor for commissioning if a malfunction of the heat pump is suspected. Many malfunctions can be eliminated without the maintenance worker coming to your home via phone or internet access to the heat pump which is connected to Cloud.KRONOTERM.
