we would like to inform you that our company will be closed from April 27 to May 2, 2023, for a company holiday. During this time, we will not be reachable via phone or email, but we will still provide emergency service for any urgent issues with your heat pumps.

Support for partners abroad will be available on April 28th from 7-15h on our partners portal.

If you require our service (in Slovenia) during this time, the technical support will be available at 03/703 16 20 or servis@kronoterm.com.

April 28: from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

April 29: from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

April 27, May 1, and May 2: from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
